Jillian moved to Amsterdam from Boston, Massachusetts with her family in 2021 and joined the AABC in 2023. An entrepreneur for over 20 years, she has spent her career consulting with companies and coaching business leaders. Her company, The Jillian Group, uses a holistic, data-driven approach to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. She’s also a TEDx speaker, author, and podcaster.
