Description
I offer property management and concierge services. Consider it as a part-time private personal assistant. Clients can hire me by the hour.

My clients are mostly homeowners who do not live permanently in their house in Amsterdam and need someone to manage their property during their absence or residents who do not have time to complete their daily to-do list themselves. Most of these people are expats.

Examples of what I can do for my clients are:

Property Management:
-Weekly checks of the property
-Organizing excellent cleaning
-Coordinating home and garden maintenance
-Coordinating calamities
-To be the point of contact for your VvE or your possible tenant
-Forwarding your mail
-Handling insurance issues for your property
-Paying invoices and maintaining contact with energy suppliers

Concierge services:
-Buying and delivering groceries
-Bringing and collecting your laundry at the laundry or dry cleaning
-Take your car to the garage for maintenance
-Arrange care for your pets
-Organizing your relocation
-Personal shopping
-Maintaining contact with local authorities
-Coordinate your renovation
